No abuse, pile-ons, body shaming, parenting shaming, hate speech or targeting anyone's tribe, faith or family.
Never send deposits to strangers. Report anyone asking for money up front, promising unrealistic returns or pressuring you to move off-platform to pay.
Recommend businesses when a mum asks. Do not spam communities with promotions — businesses belong in Trusted Services.
No phone numbers, addresses, school names, workplaces or screenshots of private conversations without consent.
Do not post other people's children. Keep your own children's details minimal — nicknames and age ranges are enough. Report anything that worries you immediately.
Meet in a safe public place, bring someone with you where possible, inspect items before paying and use caution when buying from other members.
Reporting and blocking
Every profile, post, listing, event and business has a Report option — harassment, scam, inappropriate content, spam, child safety concern, fraud or hate speech. You can block any member at any time, and blocking is always private.
